A vintage 9CT Gold Propelling Pencil.It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "C&C" for Cohen & Charles (Albert Cohen & Charles Solomon trading as Cohen & Charles, Thavies Inn, Holborn Circus, London), "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birminham town mark and date ketter "H" for 1957/58.
The barrel has engine turned engraving. There is a rectangular cartouche with engraved initials.
