Cased Set Six English Sterling Silver Spoons

A good quality cased set of Six English Sterling Silver Spoons made by Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd, at their Don Plate Works, Arundel Street, Sheffield .The Spoons are hallmarked with the maker's mark "CB&S" for Cooper Brothers Ltd, the Sheffield "crown" town mark, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark and the date letter "M" for 1954/55.
The are complete with their original case, the interior with the Scottish retailer's name "Rattray & Co (Jewellers) Ltd, 32 Nethergate, Dundee."
