Description

A very nice, good quality, George III, English Silver Teapot made in London and dating from c1812.
The teapot is hallmarked with the maker's mark (worn, possibly "SH"), the crowned Leopard's Head London town mark, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark and the date letter "R" for 1812/13.
There are engraved initials "JHR" (see photo)
