A good pair of antique, Scottish Silver Kings PatternToddy Ladles, made by James Mckay, Edinburgh and dating from 1856/57.They are hallmarked with the the maker’s mark “JMc” for James McKay, Edinburgh town mark, the Scottish Silver thistle mark, the Monarchs Head duty mark and date letter "Z" for 1856/57.
