A good set of Twelve Vintage English Silver Rat-Tailed Teaspoons, made in London by Josiah Williams & Co and dating from c1939.The spoons are hallmarked with the makers mark "JW&Co" for Josiah Williams & Co, the the London town mark, the Lion Passant Silver mark and date letter "D" for 1939/40.
