Description
An Antique, George II, Scottish Silver Tray/Waiter made by Ker & Dempster in Edinburgh and dating from 1756.The tray is hallmarked with the maker's mark "K&D" for Ker & Dempster, the the Edinburgh castle town mark and date letter "B" for 1756/57 and assay master's mark "HG" for Hugh Gordon.
The tray on three hoofed feet with a shell and scroll border.
