A good quality, antique, late Victorian English sterling silver Beaker, Tumbler or Cup.
The beaker is hallmarked with the maker's mark WH&SsLd for William Hutton & Sons Limited, the Lion passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter d for 1899/1900. Also stamped with the design registration number.
It measures approximately 78mm in diameter, 90mm in height and the weight is 127.2g.
A really nice item, it would make an excellent gift for a whisky lover. Great for someone to enjoy a dram of Scottish single malt whisky (or gin, vodka, rum) on a special occasion.
