A good pair of Scottish Provincial Silver Sugar Tongs by William Robb of Ballater.They are hallmarked with the Edinburgh Castle town mark, the Scottish thistle silver mark and date letter "P" 1920/21, below the maker's mark "W.R" and "BLTR" for William Robb of Ballater.
