Description

A rare set of six, Scottish Provincial Silver dessert Spoons made in Dundee by Alexander Cameron and dating from 1820.
Cameron is recorded in Jackson's Silver as working in Dundee c1818 to 1840.
They are hallmarked with the maker's mark AC for Alexander Cameron, Dundee, alongside Scottish thistle, the Pot O' lilies Dundee town mark and a letter C.
The spoons are in very good condition.
They measure approximately 7 1/4" inches (185mm) in length.
The total weight is 210.6g/7.43oz/6.77ozt.
