A good quality, vintage, Gentleman's 9CT Gold Longines Wristwatch dating from c1946.
Th 9ct solid gold watch case is in good condition. it is hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" alongside "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "W" for 1946/47.
The Swiss made, 17 Jewel, mechanical movement is in good working order.
The dial signed "Longines" and also "Swiss made".
