A VERY GOOD PAIR OF ANTIQUE GEORGIAN SCOTTISH STERLING SILVER GRAVY, BASTING or STUFFING SPOONS, EDINBURGH c1795,
A superb pair of Antique, George III, Scottish Sterling Silver Gravy Spoons dating from c1795.
They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "FH" for Francis Howden, the Scottish thistle sterling silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the "castle" town mark for Edinburgh and date letter "P" for 1795/96.
They measure just under 13" inches (330mm) in length.
The weight is 6.05oz/5.51ozt/171.5g
They are in excellent condition.
