Description

A large, Antique, Masonic interest, Scottish Silver mounted Ram's Horn Snuff Mull dating from c1850.
The snuff mull is of conventional form, the lid with an applied disc to the centre engraved with a "thistle".
The silver band at the top of the mull engraved with the original owner's name "William Munro". The body of the mull with an applied silver shield engraved with Masonic symbols.
In good condition but does have some cracks to the horn as can be seen.
The silver mounts unmarked as is the norm, therefore selling as white metal.
This mull is of a slightly larger size, it measures approximately 4 1/2" inches (120mm) in length.
