A very nice Antique, late Victorian, English sterling silver Sugar Sifter made in Birmingham and dating from c1898.It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "AMB" for Abraham Meyer Blanckensee, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "y" for 1898/99.
A very nice item in excellent condition.
It measures 2 3/4" inches (70mm) in diameter and 5" inches (125mm) in height. The weight is 145.4g/5.12oz/4.67ozt
