Description

A nice, antique Victorian 18CT Gold Fob Pocket Wacth made by Whytock & Sons, Dundee and dating from c1874.
The English Lever Fusee movement signed by the maker's Whytock & Sons, Dundee.
The 18CT Gold case with full English hallmarks the case maker's mark "HCD", the "crown" and "18" for 18 carat gold, the London town mark and date letter "t" for 1874/75.
The rear of the case with engine turned engraving and a central cartouche that is free of initials. The case in very good condition, however there are some very minor indents.
The watch measures 40mm in diameter. The weight is 55.6g.
A nice watch in good working order.
