Description
A nice pair of Antique Scottish Silver Sugar Tongs with Shell pattern bowls made in Edinburgh and dating from c1825.They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "WP" (probably for William Pirrie), the Monarchs Head Duty mark, the Edinburgh castle town mark, the thistle silver mark and date letter "t" for 1825/26.
