A Nice set of four Scottish Provincial Silver Mustard or Salt Spoons made by Robert Keay of PerthThey are hallmarked with the maker's mark "RK" (twice) and the double headed eagle Perth town mark (twice).
They have engraved initials (see photo).
Robert Keay II is recorded as working in Perth c1839 to 1856
