Description

A very nice Antique, George III, Scottish Silver Mustard Pot, made in Edinburgh and dating from c1819.
It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JMc", for James McKay, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Scottish "thistle" sterling silver mark, the Edinburgh "castle" town mark for London and the date letter "n" for 1819/20.
The mustard pot is in very good condition.
It measures 3 1/2" inches (85mm) in diameter and 2 1/2" inches (65mm) in height.
The weight is 180.4g/6.36oz/5.80ozt
