A good, Antique, Georgian, Scottish Provincial Silver Wine Label for "SHERRY" made by John Ewan, Aberdeen.
It is marked with the maker's mark only "JoE" for John Ewan of Aberdeen.
John Ewan is recorded as working in Aberdeen c1805 to 1821.
It measures 32mm x 17mm.
It is in good overall condition (possible old repair to bottom edge) - see photo
