Description

A very good pair of George III, English Silver Salts made by Robert Hennell I & David Hennell II in London and dating from c1796.
The are both hallmarked on the underside with the maker's mark "RH/DH" for Robert Hennell I & David Hennell II, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the leopard's Head Crowned London town mark and date letter "A" for 1796/97.
They are in very good condition.
They measure 4" inches (100mm) in width and just under 3" inches (72mm) in height.
The total weight is 124.4g/4.38oz/3.99ozt
