A very nice Antique English Verge Fusee Pocket Watch made by Thos. Maston, London, in good condition and working order. The case is base metal. The Verge Fusee movement is in good working order, running the full length of the fusee chain. It is key wound and set with the key provided. The movement has a nicely engraved balance cock with the face of old father time and is signed by the maker "Thos Maston, London". Thomas Maston is recorded as working in London c1777 - 1808.DateEarly 19th Century :
