A very attractive British Art Nouveau display cabinet dating to the early 20th century.

Elegant elongated vertical panels feature classic whiplash curves and stylised tulip motifs, typical of the Art Nouveau movement. Satinwood or boxwood inlay contrasts beautifully against darker solid mahogany — symmetrical yet flowing, with subtle continental influence in a restrained British style.

Central Door Features:
• Vertical hand-cut leaded glazing strips
• Three circular roundels across the centre
• Slightly arched top frame
• Original or early brass handle

Construction:

• Solid mahogany
• Hand-cut lead glazing
• Linear, flowing decoration rather than heavy Victorian carving
