Description

Original French crumb set designed in the typical Art Deco modernist styling and dating to the 1930's by the highly regarded Christofle . The set consists of a pan and a flat scoop, with which you can collect and scoop table crumbs. The handle is made of wood - probably Macassar which makes a great accent to the whole piece, the rest is silver plated and hall marked on each piece. A rare and real outstanding French Art Deco modernist piece. There is a silver plate / makers mark Christofle & Alfenide - see pics. This set is in remarkable condition, almost mint and unused.
