Description

Stylish little Art Deco leather hall seat or banquette c.1930. Single piece backrest and sprung seat retaining the original leather upholstery. With an unusual applied velvet stripe with gold machine embroidered trim, piped edges and metal studs at the rear. Raised on walnut legs, attractively shaped and moulded (front and rear) and joined with cupid's bow stretchers at the sides and middle. Obvious wear to the leather, otherwise good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
