Description

Large Art Deco era sculpture of seabirds c.1930. A pair of terns, or shearwater perhaps, dance in flight together over a foaming green sea. Cast in spelter with excellent detail to the feathers and clearly signed J. Loriot on the front right hand corner. Presented on beautifully figured black marble plinth. Excellent condition.
Dimensions: width 27″, depth 7″, height 27″.
