Delightful oak cutlery box or trug c.1900. Of typical tapered form, in two sections with the centre partition continued to form a handle. What makes this example stand out is the simple but attractive carved detail to all four sides, the shaped top edge and the fact that each section has a lid. Solid oak throughout. In very good untouched condition.
