Description

Handsome four door bow fronted Art Deco sideboard c.1930. Top with a low upstand along the back and crossbanded edges. Over a bow fronted centre opening to reveal a fitted interior of four small and two large drawers of graduated height, flanked with cupboard to either side, both fitted with adjustable shelves. Beautifully figured burr elm veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the top, front and sides. Original brass handles with highly decorative pieced backplates. Streamlined modernist design to the base with stout column legs joined with a low stretcher, both veneered and crossbanded to match. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
