Description

Remarkable late 19th.c. hallstand or hall tree c.1890. Thirteen large turned hooks for hats and coats etc. arranged across the 10 beautifully shaped and moulded branches. Over a stick and umbrella stand with 18 variously shaped holes and a removable metal drip tray in the base. In oak with turned and carved detail and applied steel bead mouldings. Fixing bracket at the top to secure to the wall. Missing a few small portions of the bead moulding. Otherwise very good condition and excellent colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
