Silver case, 52 mm.
Cylinder movement

A good London cylinder, in fine condition.

MOVEMENT : Cylinder movement, signed 'Simmonds, London', and numbered (690). With finely engraved balance cock and plate, diamond endstone and blued screws. Four round pillars. In fine condition and running well.
The movement is protected by a gilt brass dustcap.

DIAL : Fine white enamel with subsidiary seconds. In perfect condition.

CASE : Silver case, hallmarked for London, 1826, maker IG. Milled band with plain back.

In very good condition with just one small dent to the milled band near the hinge. Both covers snap shut correctly and the crystal is fine.
