Here we have a stunning rare small Elm George III chest of drawers c1800. As you can see the chest has exceptional colour and patina. There is a single plank top with wonderful grain and colour. The top has a fine reeded edge found on many items of Norfolk furniture of the period. This rare chest is solid Elm and has a desirable configuration of two over three drawers. The drawers have cockbeaded edges, hand cut dovetail joints and original turned wooden bun handles. There is a moulded edge to the top of the original bracket feet. A compact rare surviving Elm chest of drawers in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 37 inches wide 18 deep and 36 high.
