Here we have a wonderful Victorian Arts and Crafts Ash chest of drawers c 1870. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is s a single plank top with stunning colour and grain. There is s a desirable configuration of two over three drawers. The drawers have reeded ebonised horizontal decoration and incised decoration to the fronts. They retain the original brass handles and VR stamped locks. The drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and solid Ash linings throughout. There is a plinth base with ebonised chamfered edge. The chest is in wonderful retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 42 inches wide 21 deep and 41.5 high.
