Here we have a beautiful Oak wainscot chair c1750. As you can see the chair has outstanding colour and patina. From the stunning carved acorn finials to the beautiful turned legs this chair is a true celebration of English Oak. The chair has fantastic provenance that will be passed to the buyer. The chair all made from the same tree has wonderful burr Oak panels to the rear and a plank seat. The legs are well turned and joined by an H stretcher. A quite remarkable chair that is very comfortable and in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 110 cm high 60 cm wide 50 cm deep.
