Description

Here we have a wonderful Norwegian folk art basket c1890. As you can see the colours are bright from the original painted decoration. The basket is made from Birch with a bent wood handle. Probably for flowers or trinkets this basket has pierced sides and little cylinder feet and is beautifully decorated throughout. The dimensions are approx 19 cm wide 19 cm deep 14 cm high.
