Here we have a wonderful Victorian Arts and Crafts Gothic Pugin influenced Oak desk or writing table c1880. As you can see the table has great colour and patina. There is a fine quality leather skiver to the top with a tooled and gilded edge. There is a shallow border with canted corners. There is a single drawer with Mahogany linings and orginal brass drop handles. The drawer has a chamfered edge with an ebonsied finish. The legs are exquisitely turned and again finished with ebonised rings. The whole sits on orgional ceramic casters. A super period table in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 89 cm wide 52 cm deep 74 cm high.
