Offered for sale is this superb quality mahogany Chippendale style extending dining table measuring approximately 58" x 47" extending to 94" x 47" with two leaves and dating to 1900 - 1920. The D ended table has a carved edge above cabriole supports with acanthus leaf carved shoulders and hairy leg feet with original brass castors seating 10 people. The table is in excellent showroom condition having been sympathetically repolished and the extending mechanism, complete with winding handle works very smoothly. We will shortly be listing a superb set of 8 matching dining chairs as shown in the picture, these also have the rare hairy paw feet.
