Offered for sale is this superb large Victorian oak telescopic dining table extending from 61" x 54" to 120.5" x 53" with three original leaves, a comfortable 12 seater. The large rectangular oak table has rounded ends with a carved moulding above carved bulbous supports . It has the standard Joseph Fitter extending mechanism and works both robustly and smoothly and comes with winding handle. The table dates to about 1890 -1900 and has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition.
