Offered for sale is exquisite quality set of six Sheraton style mahogany dining chairs in exceptional condition and dating to the Edwardian era. The chairs are a rich brown mahogany colour and consist of two carver and four single chairs. The chairs have a carved back rail with interlaced centre splats above newly reupholstered overstuffed seats covered in a neutral cream and gold fabric on square tapered carved supports with spade feet. The chairs have a makers plate to the underside, Hampton & Co, Pall Mall, London, and are of the top quality you asociate wiith this name. The chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with reupholstered seats. The chairs need to be viewed to appreciate their superior quality.
