Offered for sale is this good set of ten mahogany dining chairs dating to about 1920/30 consisting of eight single and two carver chairs. The chairs are a rich conker brown mahogany colour. The set of ten mahogany chairs have a hop shaped back rail with shaped vertical slats above drop-in seats newly reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric on square tapered supports with H stretcher. The set of 10 antique mahogany chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric. One of the carvers has had an old break in the past, this has been professionally repaired and is quite robust. It would not be visible to the casual viewer.
