Offered for sale is this superb quality set of six Chippendale style dining chairs in excellent condition consisting of four single and two carver chairs. The chairs are a rich brown mahogany colour with original patination and date to between 1900 - 1920. The set of six mahogany Chippendale style chairs have a yoke shaped back rail with pierced and carved centre splat above drop - in seats uipholstered in a good quality hide which has been replaced in the past ten years and standing on cabriole legs with carved shoulders and ball and claw feet. These are a superior quality set of chairs with crisp carving. The price includes reupholstering the seats with either the original hide (in excellent condition) or a fabric to choice.
