Offered for sale is this good quality set of six Chippendale style dining chairs dating to about 1900 and consisting of four single and two carver chairs. The chairs are a lovely rich brown mahogany colour. The set of six mahogany Chippendale style chairs have a carved shaped back rail with pierced and carved centre splat above drop-in seats newly reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric on cabriole supports with carved shoulders and ball and claw feet. The set of 6 antique mahogany chairs are in superb showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric.
