Offered for sale is this good Victorian oak telescopic dining table extending from 60" x 42" to 93" x 42" with two leaves, a 10 seater. The rectangular shaped top has a moulded edge with canted corners above turned and reeded supports with original brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism works very smoothly and comes complete with winding handle. The table dates from about 1890 and has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is a warm golden oak colur with superb graining from quarter sawn oak.
