Offered for sale is this superb quality set of six Chippendale style dining chairs dating to about 1900 - 1920 and consisting of four single and two carver chairs. The chairs are a lovely rich brown mahogany colour. The set of six mahogany Chippendale style chairs have a crisply carved yoke shaped back rail with pierced and carved centre splat above serpentine shaped drop-in seats newly reupholstered in a neutral cream/gold fabric on square supports. The chairs have a makers plate to the underside " Greenlands Ltd., house furnishers and decorators, Hereford". The set of 6 antique mahogany chairs are in superb showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered in a neutral cream/gold fabric.
