Offered for sale is this superb quality set of six Chippendale style dining chairs dating to about 1900 - 1920 and consisting of four single and two carver chairs. The chairs are a lovely rich conker brown mahogany colour and made from top quality dense mahogany timber. The set of six mahogany Chippendale style chairs have a crisply carved yoke shaped back rail with pierced and carved centre splat above drop-in seats newly reupholstered in a neutral cream/gold fabric on square supports. The set of 6 antique mahogany chairs are in superb showroom condition and really need to be seen to appreciate the top quality of these chairs. They haveg been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered in a neutral cream/gold fabric.
