Offered for sale is this superb quality set of six Victorian walnut balloon back dining chairs dating to about 1880. The chairs are a good mellow walnut colour that would go equally well with a walnut or mahogany table. They are a top quality set of chairs typical of a good cabinet maker with a crisply carved back rai and centre splat above overstuffed seats reupholstered in a cream and gold fabric and on turned and fluted supports. The chairs are offered in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and the woodwork cleaned, revived and polished.
