Offered for sale is this good set of six late Victorian mahogany Chippendale style dining chairs consisting of six single chairs. The chairs have a shaped and carved back rail above a pierced and carved centre splat over newly reupholstered drop-in seats with gadrooned front edge and cabriole supports with shell carved shoulders and ball & claw feet. The chairs are offered in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and the woodwork cleaned, revived and waxed. The seats have been newly reupholstered and covered in a neutral gold John Lewis fabric.
