Antique Oak Extending Dining Table
Offered for sale is this good quality rectangular late Victorian oak dining table, 53" x 48" extending to 94" x 48" with two leaves. The rectangular top has a moulded edge with rounded corners above bobbin turned supports with brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism is the standard Joseph Fitter patented system and works very smoothly and comes complete with original handle. The table has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition and dates to about 1900..
