The oval/ D ended top has a gadrooned edge above cabriole supports with carved shoulders and ball and claw castored feet. The table is stamped with a makers name "Maple & Co " and is typical of the high quality furniture produced and retailed by this company. It is in excellent showroom condition having been sympathetically repolished and the extending mechanism, complete with original handle works very smoothly.
