These are a good quality set of chairs and have a shaped and carved back rail with pierced centre splat above overstuffed seats seats newly reupholstered in a gold and cream lattice patterned John Lewis fabric above square tapered reeded supports with stub feet. This good set of eight late Victorian dining chairs have been cleaned, revived and waxed and are in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and seats newly reupholstered.
