Description

Nice quality solid oak Scottish Arts & Crafts oak occasional lamp table or stand in the style of Charles Rennie MacKintosh. Square legs with under-shelf. The sides with a fret / cut out decoration. Interesting feature is the way the oak boards are jointed for both the top and the under-shelf with a kind of curved type tongue and groove joint. It may have original had a metal liner inside like a jardinere as the top has a type of turn buckle fitting so it can be removed.

Fairly dark stained oak finish which is original. Has waxed up nicely.
