Description

18th century George III Cuban mahogany single hand chair with unusual "mixed design" back. THe chair with square legs united by stretchers all round. The unusual back is a mixture of Hepplewhite "camel back" design and Chippendale design. Nice timber. The chair is a lovely colour with good original patination. I think 1 stretcher is probably an old replacement. The chair has nicely upholstered drop in seat.

SIZE 21" across the front, 18" deep by 35" high overall. The seat height is 18"
