Description

FINE early to mid 19th century specimen wood centre table of ten sided decagonl form. Ten sided decagon top with matching style octagonal base with ebonised turned column and small turned satinwood feet. There are many woods used in this table which include Rosewood, Yew-wood, Satinwood, Birds-eye Maple, Amboyna, walnut, Goncalo Alves plus a few others I don't know. Great design and a lovely rich colour.

I don't think it is English, I think it is more likely to be European / continental.

Very nice looking table that would grace any entrance hall or drawing room.

SIZE 28 1/2" top. 29" high
